James CharlesNICKINJim passed away peacefully on 30th July 2026 at the Queen Elizabeth Hospital after a short illness. Beloved husband of Chris, devoted dad to Jamie and Marc, dearest father-in-law to Cath, cherished grandad to Megan, Lauren, Jacob and Max, much loved brother of Sue. Jim will be missed by all who knew and loved him.

Funeral at Robin Hood Crematorium on Tuesday, 25th August at 2.00.pm. Jim requested that smart clothes should be worn with a splash of colour to celebrate his life. The wearing of trouser braces would be appreciated as Jim was never seen without them.
